How long it takes
Allow 11 to 17 business days from order to doorstep. Every shirt is printed to order in China and shipped to you from there, so the clock starts when you place the order.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude United States federal holidays.
Worked example. You order on Monday, September 21. Printing finishes between Thursday, September 24 and Monday, September 28. The shirt reaches you between Wednesday, October 7 and Wednesday, October 14.

We offer no expedited service. There is one shipping speed and one price.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico.
We do not ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any country outside the United States. If your address falls outside our coverage, checkout will show no shipping option rather than take your money and fail later.
Customs, duties and tax
You pay nothing on delivery. Your shirt is imported from China, and we pay the import duties and customs fees before it reaches you. Nothing is added at checkout on top of the price and shipping you see. If a carrier ever asks you for money to release a Chronoxi package, do not pay it. Email support@chronoxi.us and we will settle it with the carrier.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email when the shirt leaves the print facility. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is handed between carriers. A number that shows nothing for the first days is normal.
If a package is late, lost or stolen
- Check the tracking. Most late packages are sitting at a local depot.
- Wait 3 business days past the last scan. Carriers often catch up.
- Check with your neighbors and building office if tracking says delivered.
- Email support@chronoxi.us with your order number.
- We open a trace with the carrier. If the shirt is gone, we reprint it or refund you.
We do not charge you for a package the carrier lost.
Returns
Returns go to our returns center in Orlando, Florida. You never ship anything overseas. See returns and refunds.
Wrong address
We print the address you give us. If a package comes back as undeliverable, we will email you and reship it once you confirm a corrected address. You pay the second shipping charge in that case.
Your right to cancel a delayed order
Under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship within the time stated here, we will tell you and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund. If an order goes past 30 days without shipping and you have not agreed to wait, we refund it without you asking.
