The shirts
Why is there a white rectangle around the print on my color?
Because the print file itself has a solid white background. On White you see nothing. On the other ten colors that white square sits behind the artwork. It is loudest on Pepper, True Navy, Black and Blue Spruce, and quietest on Ivory and Orchid. Every color has its own mockup on the product page, so you can see it before you buy.
Are the product images photos?
No. They are mockups made from our print files by our print partner. We have not photographed a finished shirt ourselves yet.
What is the shirt made of?
It is an imported crew-neck t-shirt, and the fiber content is printed on the sewn-in care label. We do not name a blank brand or fabric weight we cannot back up. If you need the exact blend before ordering, email us and we will send it.
Where is it made?
In China. Our print partner prints each shirt to order there and ships it straight to you. We do not describe these shirts as made in the USA.
How does it fit?
Relaxed and boxy. Lay a t-shirt you already like flat, measure straight across the chest one inch below the armholes, and email us that number. We will tell you which size to order.
Sizes and colors
Why can I not get my size in the color I want?
Our print partner stocks an uneven run of this shirt. Black is the only color that carries S through 4XL. White, Ivory, Blue Jean and True Navy carry four sizes each. The full grid is on the home page. On the product page every size button is shown for every color, and a combination we cannot print reads Unavailable once you select it.
Did you drop some colors?
Yes. Four colors came with only two or three sizes, which is not a real choice, so we stopped selling them. Eleven colors remain.
Shipping, duties and tax
How long will it take?
3 to 5 business days to print, then 8 to 12 business days in transit from China. That is 11 to 17 business days in total. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.
What does shipping cost?
$7.95 flat. Free once your order reaches $60.
Where do you ship?
All 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any country outside the United States.
Will I owe customs, duty or tax?
No. We pay the import duties and customs fees, and nothing is added at checkout on top of the price and shipping you see. If a carrier ever asks you for money to release a Chronoxi package, do not pay it. Email us and we will sort it out with the carrier.
Changes, returns and exchanges
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 12 hours of ordering, yes, because the file has not gone to print yet. Email us with your order number.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us first and we send you a return number and a prepaid label, then you send the shirt to 9550 Satellite Blvd Ste 150, Orlando, FL 32837. Return shipping is free and we charge no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the shirt reaches us.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes. Email us within 30 days of delivery and tell us what you want instead. We send a prepaid label for the shirt you have and print the replacement. There is nothing extra to pay.
The print is crooked or the shirt arrived damaged. Now what?
Email a photo within 48 hours of delivery. If we got it wrong, we cover the return shipping and either reprint it or refund you. You choose.

Can I visit the addresses on your site?
No. 212 N 2nd St Ste 100 in Richmond, Kentucky is our office address, and 9550 Satellite Blvd Ste 150 in Orlando, Florida is our returns center. Neither is a shop you can walk into.
