About Chronoxi
What this shop is
Chronoxi sells illustrated cat t-shirts. Six designs, one shirt style, eleven colors. Nothing else.
Chronoxi is the store name of ZEPHYR COMMERCE LLC, a limited liability company registered in Kentucky, United States. Our business address is 212 N 2nd St Ste 100, Richmond, KY 40475. That is an office address, not a store or a warehouse you can visit. Returns go to a separate returns center in Orlando, Florida.
How an order actually works
We hold no stock. When you place an order, the artwork file and your size go to our print partner in China, who prints that one shirt and ships it to you in the United States. Nothing sits in a box waiting.
- The shirt. A relaxed, boxy crew-neck t-shirt, printed after you order. It is imported, and the fiber content is on the sewn-in care label. If you need the exact blend before you buy, email us and we will send it.
- The print. Direct-to-garment, printed to order at our print partner's facility in China.
- The delivery. 3 to 5 business days to print, then 8 to 12 business days in transit to your door. That is 11 to 17 business days in total, and it is slower than a US warehouse because the shirt crosses an ocean.
- Duties and taxes. We pay the import duties and customs fees. The price you see is the price you pay, plus shipping on orders under $60. Nothing more is collected at checkout or at your door.
- The return. If it is wrong, it comes back to our returns center in Orlando, Florida. You never ship anything overseas.
What we will tell you before you buy
The product images are mockups. Every image on a product page is a mockup made from our print file by our print partner, not a photograph of a finished shirt. We have not photographed a shirt ourselves yet, and we would rather say so than let a picture suggest otherwise.
The print files have a white background. On White the artwork sits flat. On the other ten colors you see a white rectangle around the drawing, and the mockups show it.
The size run is uneven. Our print partner does not stock every size in every color. Black is the only color that carries S through 4XL. Some colors carry four. The full grid sits on the home page.
What we do not claim
We hold no textile certifications and we do not publish any. We have not tested the fabric ourselves, and we do not name a blank brand or a fabric weight we cannot back up. We do not describe these shirts as made in the USA.
